Do not send full Social Security numbers, bank account details, card details, passwords, or copies of identity documents. We will not ask for those details to correct an article.
Loan payments or application status
Use the contact information in your loan agreement or original account correspondence. We cannot see your request, reset your lender password, accept payments, or change your bank details.
Payment request that does not look right?
Do not send money or credentials based only on a logo, caller ID, or similar-looking domain. Independently confirm the recipient using the information in your original agreement.
